Room 22 is a small one-bedroom accommodation across from the office with a queen size bed and full kitchen. There is no water view but all rooms at the resort are no more than 500 feet from the water.
One-Bedroom Ocean View Suites, Rooms 15 - 21

Located in the center of the property, the suites offer a nice elevated tropical view from the balcony. Your choice of either a King or Queen + Single Bed in the bedroom, each comes with full kitchen, full bath, living area with sleeper sofa, and covered parking below.
Duplex Cottage,

These small one-bedroom efficiencies are in the second row off the water and offer a nice ocean view. They are also the only rooms on the property with a connecting door if you want to rent both. Each has a full kitchen with room 5 offering an additional single bed. Both have sleeper sofas.

Our stand alone one-bedroom cottages are in the second row from the water and provide a very private setting. Each has a Queen or King bed with kitchen and living room with futon or sofa-bed, plus nice porch or patio.
Two-Bedroom Cottage, Room 14

Room 14 is a small cottage sometimes referred to as the “Fisherman’s Cottage” because there no water view. It features a queen bed in one bedroom and a double bed in the other with sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a full kitchen, small bathroom and patio out back.

This little room sits between two Ocean Front Cottage Style rooms and features a King Bed and porch with water view. Like all of our rooms, the studio also has a full kitchen.

Our most popular rooms, these are right on the water in the front row with direct access to the beach, pool, and docks. Designed like a large hotel room, each has either a King or Queen bed with kitchen, sleeper sofa, and front porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a spectacular view of the Atlantic.

The Best! Right on the beach, these 2-person accommodations offer the best view on the property. Each as a queen bed, full kitchen, small sitting area, and patio overlooking the Atlantic.
The Orchid Cottage, Room 25

Our best accommodation, this one-bedroom private cottage overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Enter by your own private driveway, walk to the finest Islamorada restaurants, sunbath on your private beach, enjoy your own private garden. Inside find a fully equipped kitchen, tile floors, central air, screened patio, king bed, the best linens, washer/dryer, entertainment center, and much more. Minimum stay required with refundable security deposit paid at check-in.
Tarpon & Bonefish Villas, Rooms 26 & 27

Featuring 2 or 3 bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths on two living levels, these huge accommodations are right on the water and come fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation: King Beds in each of two bedrooms, a full bath for each bedroom, half bath on the main level, full kitchen with dishwasher, central air, Jacuzzi in the master suite, private driveway with private covered carport. So close to the water, you can cast a fishing rod from the balcony. Minimum stay required with refundable security deposit paid at check-in.

Most rooms have a shower. If you require a bathtub, please select an Oceanview Suite, the 3 Bedroom House, or an Oceanfront Villa.
Rates are double occupancy plus 12.5% tax and subject to change without notice. Minimum stay may be required. Extra persons are $15 each. All rooms are non-smoking. No animals allowed. VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Cash.
RESORT POLICIES:
Our cancellation policy: Credit card deposit equal to the value of 1-night is required to make a reservation. Additional deposit may be required for Holidays and Special Events. If you cancel or change for any reason within 14 days of arrival, you lose the full deposit. If you cancel or change outside of 14 days, there is a $25 fee. Payment in full due at check-in. No refunds for early departures.
The Orchid Cottage, Villas, and Three Bedroom Cottage require a security deposit at check-in.
